The SlimBody4Life Method is a form of aerobic
exercise and aerobic exercise is any physical activity that
increases your breathing — to draw more oxygen into your
lungs — and increases your heart rate — to deliver
more oxygen-rich blood to your working muscles where it is combined
with both carbohydrates and fats to fuel our increased activity.
Aerobic exercise thus helps burn fat simply because it demands
oxygen, and fat only burns in its presence. The SlimBody4Life
