“SlimBody4Life has given me back
my body.”*
8 Months ago, I completed the SlimBody4Life 10 day course and
have since been practising what I learnt for at least 30 minutes
most days.
Straight away, I began noticing increased energy levels and
I lost weight around my stomach and hips. Since then I have
achieved an increasingly firmer abdomen, hips and thighs. My
dress size has decreased and I’m finally back to the size
I was before having children. The increased energy levels and
overall feeling of wellbeing has improved my way of life.
SlimBody4Life has given me back the body I thought I’d
lost in my early 20’s. My stomach is firm and my body
is taut. I feel healthy and more focused about continuing with
a program that will help keep my body both fit and flexible
through to my 40s, 50s and even 60’s.
