Former Iron Woman's Success
Story - SAMANTHA O'BRIEN
Sam's Story | About Sam
“SlimBody4Life
worked for me and I believe it will work for you too!”
*
Being first a world-class athlete, and now a Personal
Trainer means I have always needed to be in shape and look
my best. Staying fit and looking good is very important
to me. Having finished competitive sport and recently having
a child I like most women have struggled to maintain my
former shape. |
|
Before starting SlimBody4Life I had lost some
of my motivation for exercising. I was working long hours and
always found an excuse for not training. Even though I was training
my clients fitness for myself had become a sporadic affair and
it was beginning to show. It all seemed too hard.
I needed something to kick-start me back into shape. Something
that not only gave me the results I desired but also kept me
motivated and excited about training again. Didier, who had
initially started as one of my clients and now my husband suggested
that I try the breathing and exercise program that had become
SlimBody4Life. After all it had helped him lose 40kg. Hesitant
at first because it was certainly different to any fitness program
I had every experienced I decided to give it a go.
However, once I had overcome my initial reservations I was sold
on the program. What I liked about was that I could practice
it anywhere, I didn’t have to adjust weights, go to a
gym, or do high impact aerobics. All I needed to do was breathe,
move and watch what I ate. It was that easy. I could feel and
see the results so quickly
The real test for me was after having my child. Even though
I managed to keep doing SlimBody4Life during my pregnancy my
weight soared from 62kg to 82 kg. However 10 weeks after having
Louis I had shed these extra kilo’s and was back into
my former shape.
I have to tell you I am in better shape than before I had Louis
and I am in nearly as good a shape as when I was competing.
I am leaner, more energetic, I have my waistline back and I
am feeling great. SlimBody4Life has been a lifesaver!
