“I’ve got more energy.”*
I completed the SlimBody4Life course in November 2003 and
then continued practicing what I had learnt for a minimum of
30 minutes most days, and I continue to practice the program
even now.
The major changes that I noticed were an increase in energy
levels and composition changes (ie. reductions in body measurements,
especially around the hips and stomach and cellulite on my legs).
I continued to experience these changes over the next couple
of months.
It’s great and I will recommend it to anyone!
